§ 7-313. Reinstatement of revoked license.
 

(a)  In general.- Subject to any regulation that the Board adopts, the Board may reinstate a license that has been revoked. 

(b)  Conditions.- A license may be reinstated under this section only on: 

(1) the basis of evidence submitted to the Board after the revocation and not available, before the revocation, to the individual seeking reinstatement; 

(2) the affirmative vote of a majority of the authorized members of the Board; and 

(3) payment to the Board of a fee of $5.
