§ 8-103. Interior design services.
 

(a)  In general.- A certified interior designer may render or offer to render interior design services described in § 8-101 of this subtitle provided that services pertain to a building or other structure that is intended for public use or residential use. 

(b)  Design coordination.- A certified interior designer may perform design coordination for a project or portion of a project provided that the certified interior designer: 

(1) holds a current certificate issued by the Board; and 

(2) has adequate experience in, and understanding of, achieving the purpose of the project or portion of the project being coordinated.
