(a) Quorum.- A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.
(b) Meetings.- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings and hearings.
(c) Compensation.- A member of the Board:
(1) may not receive compensation; but
(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
(d) Staff.- The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
