§ 10-302. Motor fuel subject to inspection and analysis.
(a) In general.- All motor fuel stored or offered for sale in the State is subject to inspection and analysis as provided in this title.
(b) Method of analysis.- The analysis shall be made by a testing method approved by the Comptroller.
