§ 10-501. Crankcase oil and lubricants.
 

(a)  Required labels.- Each container of automotive crankcase oil offered for sale at wholesale or retail shall be labeled with the appropriate API/SAE classification and SAE viscosity number, as defined by the API engine service classification system. 

(b)  Reconditioned lubricants.- Each container of crankcase oil or other lubricant that has been used for lubrication and then reclaimed, refined, or reconditioned shall be labeled with the word "reconditioned".
