§ 17-505. Keeping billiard table for commercial use without license.
 

(a)  Prohibited act.- A person may not keep a billiard table for commercial use unless the person has a billiard table license. 

(b)  Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of $500 for each billiard table kept for commercial use in violation of this section.
