§ 2-106.4. Calculation of fees.
 

(a)  "Commission" defined.- In this section, "Commission" means the State Real Estate Commission. 

(b)  Annual calculation of Commission's costs.- In consultation with the Commission, the Secretary shall annually calculate the direct and indirect costs attributable to the Commission. 

(c)  Fees to be based on costs.- Beginning on July 1, 2007, the Commission shall establish fees based on the calculations provided by the Secretary under this section. 

(d)  Limitation on annual increases in fees.- Each fee established by the Commission may not be increased annually by more than 12.5% of the existing and corresponding fee of the Commission.
