§ 2-106.6. Calculation of fees for Board of Public Accountancy.
 

(a)  "Board" defined.- In this section, "Board" means the State Board of Public Accountancy. 

(b)  Annual calculations of costs.- In consultation with the Board, the Secretary shall annually calculate the direct and indirect costs attributable to the Board. 

(c)  Fees based on costs.- Beginning on July 1, 2008, the Board shall establish fees based on the calculations provided by the Secretary under this section. 

(d)  Limitation on fee increases.- Each fee established by the Board may not be increased annually by more than 12.5% of the existing and corresponding fee of the Board.
