(a) Fees.- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Commission may set reasonable fees for its services.
(b) Revenues.- Revenues generated by the Commission shall be at least equal to expenses incurred by the Commission.
(c) Payment into General Fund.- The Commission shall pay all money collected under this subtitle into the General Fund of the State.
