§ 10-203. Executive Director and employees.
 

(a)  Executive Director.-  

(1) With the approval of the Governor, the Secretary shall appoint an Executive Director of the Office. 

(2) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Secretary. 

(3) The Executive Director is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget. 

(b)  Employees.- In accordance with the State budget, the Secretary may provide the Office with the administrative, secretarial, and clerical employees necessary for the efficient administration of the powers and duties of the Office.
