§ 11-713. Garrett County.
  

(a)  Scope of section.- This section applies only in Garrett County. 

(b)  Home detention program.- The Board of County Commissioners and the Sheriff of Garrett County may establish and administer a home detention program and provide for other alternative sentencing options.
