§ 7-203. Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.
 

(a)  In general.- Each commissioner is entitled to: 

(1) compensation in accordance with the State budget; and 

(2) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. 

(b)  Increase in compensation.- The General Assembly may provide for an increase in the compensation of commissioners during their terms in the same proportion as any average compensation increase awarded to State employees generally.
