§ 13-1511. Disqualification.
 

(a)  Failure to report.- An organization that fails to file a report required by § 13-1509 of this subtitle is not entitled to a license under this subtitle until the later of: 

(1) 1 year after the date the report is due; or 

(2) the day the report is filed properly. 

(b)  Conviction of gambling violation.- An organization that is convicted of violating a gambling law of this State may not be issued a license under this subtitle until 1 month after the date of conviction.
