§ 13-201. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)  Gaming event.- "Gaming event" means a carnival, bazaar, or raffle.

(c)  Qualified organization.- "Qualified organization" means: 

(1) a volunteer fire company; or 

(2) a bona fide: 

(i) religious organization; 

(ii) fraternal organization; 

(iii) civic organization; 

(iv) war veterans' organization; or 

(v) charitable organization.
