§ 13-2006. Prohibited act; penalty.
 

(a)  In general.- A person who violates a provision of § 13-2002, § 13-2003, or § 13-2004 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both. 

(b)  Separate violation.- Each day that a person violates this section is a separate violation.
