§ 13-607. Unauthorized gaming event or casino event.
 

(a)  Prohibited.- A person may not knowingly conduct or attempt to conduct a gaming event or casino event in violation of §§ 13-603 through 13-605 of this subtitle. 

(b)  Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
