(a) Duties.- The Authority may determine the duties of all its officers.
(b) Additional officers - Appointment.- The Authority may appoint additional officers.
(c) Tenure; compensation.-
(1) Additional officers serve at the pleasure of the Authority.
(2) The Authority shall determine the compensation of the additional officers.
