§ 12-107. Administration.
 

(a)  Governance by board of directors.- The board of directors of an authority shall govern the authority. 

(b)  Procedures for internal administration.- Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle or the resolution establishing the authority, the procedures of the incorporating county or municipal corporation control any matter relating to the internal administration of the authority.
