§ 13-733. Corporation.
 

(a)  In general.- The Bureau may establish a private, not-for-profit corporation to assist the Bureau. 

(b)  Powers and duties.- Subject to the Corporations and Associations Article, the Bureau shall determine the powers and duties of the corporation. 

(c)  Board of Directors.- The Bureau may: 

(1) set the number of members of the Board of Directors of the corporation; 

(2) set a procedure to elect and remove directors; 

(3) set the compensation of a director; and 

(4) require the corporation to report periodically to the Bureau on its activities.
