§ 2-121. Department to use data from other State agencies.
 

(a)  In general.- To the extent practicable, the Department shall use pertinent data obtained from units of the State when collecting and assembling information. 

(b)  Limitation.- Except to the extent that disclosure is prohibited by law, the Department has access to all records, data, information, and statistics of other units of the State.
