§ 16-417. Affirmative action program in Prince George's County.
 

(a)  Establishment.- The Board of Trustees of Prince George's Community College shall establish an affirmative action program to facilitate the employment of minority employees, including faculty and administrative and clerical staff. 

(b)  Report.- The Board of Trustees shall submit a report on the implementation of the affirmative action program established under subsection (a) of this section to the Chairmen of the Prince George's County House of Delegates and Senate delegations by January 1 of each year.
