§ 18-2701. Definitions [Subtitle subject to repeal].
 

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Advisory Council.- "Advisory Council" means the William Donald Schaefer Scholarship Advisory Council. 

(c)  Service obligations.-  

(1) "Service obligation" means full-time employment in the State in a public service career or occupation as defined by the Commission in consultation with the Advisory Council. 

(2) "Service obligation" includes full-time employment as a teacher or nurse in the public sector.
