§ 22-202. Funding.
 

(a)  In general.- Funds for the operation of the educational program in State hospital centers shall be provided in the budget of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. 

(b)  Other agencies may contribute.- The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and other State agencies may contribute to the program. 

(c)  Use of funds.- Funds appropriated for educational programs in State hospital centers may not be diverted, by budget amendment or otherwise, to any other purpose.
