§ 24-301. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b) Board.- "Board" means the Board of Governors of the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center.
(c) Center.- "Center" means the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center.
(d) Commission.- "Commission" means the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
