§ 24-521. Liability; protection and enforcement of rights.
 

(a)  Liability.- A member of the Commission, or any person executing the bonds, is not liable personally on the bonds or subject to any personal liability by reason of the issuance of the bonds. 

(b)  Protection and enforcement of rights.- Except as otherwise provided by an applicable resolution or trust agreement, a holder of bonds issued under this subtitle, or a trustee acting under a trust agreement entered into under this subtitle, may, by any suitable form of legal proceedings, protect and enforce any rights granted under the laws of this State or by any applicable resolution or trust agreement.
