§ 4-118. Donations.
 

(a)  County board may receive donations.- Each county board may receive a donation of any: 

(1) School land; 

(2) School site; or 

(3) Suitably located house adapted to school purposes. 

(b)  Restrictions.- A county board may not improve any site or occupy any house donated under this section until it has acquired either a valid title to the property or a leasehold interest in it for a term longer than the probable useful life of the proposed improvement to the site or of the house donated.
