§ 8-307. Maryland School for the Blind - Review of admission and dismissal decisions.
 

(a)  Request for review.- If the Maryland School for the Blind refuses to admit a child or dismisses a child, a parent or guardian of the child may make a written request to the Office of Administrative Hearings that a review be conducted to determine if the decision was appropriate. 

(b)  Review conducted.- A review shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of § 8-413 of this title.
