(a) In general.- This title does not limit the right of an individual to practice a health occupation that the individual is authorized to practice under this article or the Health - General Article.
(b) Master plumber.- This title does not limit the right of an individual to install or repair a water pump, a water tank, or water conditioning equipment if the individual is authorized to provide plumbing services as a master plumber in the State.
