(a) Establishment of fees.-
(1) The Board shall set reasonable fees necessary to carry out its responsibilities under this title.
(2) The Board may set fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses according to class of license.
(b) Disposition of funds.- The Board shall pay any fee collected under this title into the General Fund of the State.
