§ 13-304. Examinations.
 

(a)  Right to examination.- If the Board requires an examination, an applicant who otherwise qualifies for a license is entitled to be examined for that license as provided in this section. 

(b)  Time and place of examination.- The Board shall give any examination that it requires to applicants at the times and places that the Board determines. 

(c)  Notice of examination.- The Board shall notify each qualified applicant of the time and place of examination. 

(d)  Subjects and method of examination.-  

(1) The Board shall determine the subjects, scope, form, and passing score for examinations given under this subtitle. 

(2) The Board may supplement a written examination given under this section with an oral or practical examination.
