§ 2-803. Loans.
 

The Board of Public Works, upon the recommendation of the Secretary, may award a loan from the Fund to an owner of a small business to cover the costs of capital equipment upgrade or replacement costs necessary to meet the technical requirements for emission standards under regulations adopted by the Environmental Protection Agency under the federal Clean Air Act or by the Department under the State Implementation Plan, including the purchase and installation of air pollution control equipment and the purchase and installation of equipment to make operational changes related to air pollution control and to modify production practices related to air pollution control.
