§ 6-702. Occupational disease reports.
 

(a)  Report required.- A physician who believes that a patient under the physician's care has an occupational disease shall submit a report to the Secretary and the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene. 

(b)  Contents.- The report shall: 

(1) State the name, address, occupation, and place of employment of the patient; 

(2) Identify the suspected disease; and 

(3) Contain any other information that the Secretary requires. 

(c)  Duty of Secretary.- The Secretary shall give the information received under this section to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.
