§ 6-204. Powers of surviving copersonal representative.
 

Unless the will otherwise provides: (a) Every power exercisable by copersonal representatives may be exercised by the survivors or survivor of them when the appointment of one is terminated; and (b) where one of two or more nominated as copersonal representatives is not appointed, those appointed may exercise all the powers incident to the office.
