§ 10-502. Rules and regulations.
(a) In general.- The Secretary shall adopt rules and regulations for licensing private, inpatient facilities.
(b) Contents.- The rules and regulations shall ensure that care and treatment of individuals who have a mental disorder are provided in accordance with the policy stated in Subtitle 1 of this title.
