Statutes > Maryland > Health-general > Title-10 > Subtitle-5 > 10-524§ 10-524. Administrative and judicial review.
Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Secretary in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act, may:
(1) Appeal that decision to the Board of Review of the Department; and
(2) Take any further appeal allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act to the circuit court for the county where the private group home is located or planned.
