(a) Quorum.- A majority of the members then serving on the Advisory Council is a quorum.
(b) Meetings.- The Advisory Council shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
(c) Compensation.- A member of the Advisory Council:
(1) May not receive compensation; but
(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
(d) Staff.- The Secretary shall designate the staff necessary to carry out this subtitle.
