§ 15-401. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Commissioner.- "Commissioner" means the Insurance Commissioner.
(c) Program.- "Program" means the Qualified State Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership.
