§ 18-104. Cancer.
 

(a)  Investigations.- The Secretary shall investigate, if feasible, means to prevent, treat, and cure cancer. 

(b)  Carcinogens.- The Secretary may adopt procedures to obtain information about cancers that are caused by carcinogens and about the incidence of these cancers.
