§ 24-607. Regulations; annual financial statements.
(a) Regulations generally.- The Department shall adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this subtitle.
(b) Annual financial statements.- The regulations shall include requirements for annual financial statements from each facility for at least the term of the bond used to finance any project at the facility.
