§ 4-225. Enforcement of subtitle.
 

(a)  Investigations authorized.-  

(1) The Secretary may investigate any irregularity or violation of this subtitle. 

(2) On request of the Secretary, each registrar shall help the Secretary in the investigation. 

(b)  State's Attorney.- If the Secretary considers it necessary, the Secretary shall report a violation of this subtitle to the State's Attorney for the appropriate county, with a statement of the relevant facts and circumstances, for appropriate action.
