§ 5-626. Liability of health care providers.
 

A health care provider is not subject to criminal prosecution or civil liability or deemed to have engaged in unprofessional conduct as determined by the appropriate licensing authority for: 

(1) Failure to access the Registry; or 

(2) Relying on information provided by the Registry.
