§ 8-702. Operation of program in violation of title.
(a) In general.- An individual or organization may not operate an alcohol abuse and drug abuse treatment program in violation of this title.
(b) Penalty.- A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
