(a) Display.- Each licensee shall display the license conspicuously in the office or place of employment of the licensee.
(b) Multiple places of business.- If a licensee has more than one place of business, the licensee shall notify the Board of the address the Board may use to send notices and other correspondence.
(c) Change of address.- A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of a change of address within 30 days after the change of address.
