§ 2-312. Investigative and enforcement powers of Board.

(a) Investigative powers.-

(1) The Board shall investigate any alleged violation of this title.

(2) The Board may issue subpoenas, administer oaths, and examine witnesses.

(b) Enforcement powers.-

(1) The Board may sue to enforce any provision of this title by injunction or other appropriate proceeding.

(2) An action under this subsection is in addition to and not instead of criminal prosecution under § 2-408 of this title.
