§ 3-305. Waiver of examination requirement.
 

(a)  In general.- Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board may waive any applicable examination requirement of this title for an individual who is licensed to practice chiropractic or to practice chiropractic with the right to practice physical therapy in any other state. 

(b)  Conditions.- The Board may grant a waiver under this section only if the applicant: 

(1) Pays the license fee required by § 3-306 of this subtitle; and 

(2) Provides adequate evidence that the applicant: 

(i) Meets the qualifications otherwise required by this title or their equivalent; and 

(ii) Became licensed in the other state after passing in that or any other state an examination that is similar to the examination for which the applicant is seeking the waiver.
