§ 10-101. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Award.- "Award" means a grant, loan, deferred payment loan, loan guarantee, or other financial assistance.

The former reference to guarantees of loans "from other sources" is deleted as surplusage.
