§ 13-105. Status of Commissioners and Annapolis Authority personnel.
 

(a)  Commissioners and personnel as local officials.- Notwithstanding any other law, the Annapolis Authority's Commissioners, Executive Director, and deputy directors are local officials under any public ethics law of the Annapolis City Council. 

(b)  Disclosure of conflicts of interest.-  

(1) When first retained by the Annapolis Authority, attorneys and consultants shall disclose potential conflicts of interest relating to representation of the Annapolis Authority. 

(2) The Annapolis Authority shall adopt regulations to carry out this subsection.
