§ 16-113. Audit.
 

(a)  In general.- The County Executive and County Council may require an audit of the books of the Montgomery Commission. 

(b)  Performance of audit.- To perform the audit, the County Executive and County Council may choose: 

(1) an independent certified public accountant licensed by the State; or 

(2) a firm of certified public accountants licensed by the State. 

(c)  Payment for audit.- The Montgomery Commission shall pay for the audit out of its operating budget.
