§ 4-203. Executive Director.
 

(a)  Appointment.- With the approval of the Governor, the Secretary shall appoint the Executive Director. 

(b)  Qualifications.- The Executive Director shall be a competent person with adequate training and practical experience in social welfare work. 

(c)  Tenure.- The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Secretary. 

(d)  Compensation.- The Executive Director is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
