§ 5-607. Recoupment of overpayments.
 

(a)  In general.- The Administration shall make every effort to recoup overpayments made to recipients that the State is authorized to recoup under federal law. 

(b)  Procedure.- The Administration shall establish an administrative procedure, in accordance with federal law, to be followed when the Administration has reason to believe that an overpayment has been made.
